Well, I have completed DD finally wonderful game... now I am going at it as a mage, this time around I am going for low reputation hehe If I kill everyone in Aleroth, can i not complete some quests/game... well so far I only killed the dwarf... I have always hated him...well and simon and the other wounded guy. now if I kill the lizard... he is one of the council of seven can I complete the game?

You can't kill the members of the council.
You can kill the other NPC but you could miss some minor quests.
You can finish the game being a thief and a murderer.

There are a few NPC's that you cannot atttack for the game wont let you so as far as I know you should be able to complete the game.

If you kill Goemoe (only possible in an unpatched game) you would not be able to complete the lizard council member quest, and therefore not be able to complete the game. Either Otho or Joram are required later, but you can safely kill one of them.

If your reputation gets too low, NPCs will refuse to talk to you and could turn hostile, resulting in missed quests, possibly essential ones.

Your best bet for being evil would be to be evil and sneaky, so as not to loose any reputation. Area effect spells that do not require a target, such as Poison Cloud, can be use to kill some NPCs without a reputation drop, by casting them near but not directly on the NPC.
