Greetings.

I finally got my new computer and set up a network. I have a problem though:
I cannot make "Port Forwarding" to work. In my opinion, there is something else blocking the port even after I set up the Port Forwarding in the router settings.
For example, I set up the ports 6891-6900 for MSN Messenger file transfer yet it doesn't seems to do much. Same for other programs. They report NAT errors and similar. On both computers, the windows firewalls are off. I tried googling for answers but no advice worked.
Anyone would please help?

Thanks in advance.

Did you check with the mfr. of the router?
Are you entering the correct server IP address?
Does everything else on the network function properly?

The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? but, Can they suffer?

Nope. Although I got a bunch of winupdates (though NO Service Pack 2). Knowing them I wouldn't be surprised if one of them causes this madness.
Thanks anyway, Janggut.
