THANKS Kiya..... whatever you did, it WORKED..... i was dreading the weeks without a connection.... and i can assure you when i phoned the calldesk to find out what my installation date is (i didnt have it when we left the old offices), they told me the next day.... i nearly fell off my chair!!!!.... 5 minutes later, the technicial knocked on the door and left 3 hours later, with me firmly attached to my email and the forum....
