The patch should not have caused any problems with you inventory. It changes the toggle switches on the left of the inventory to tabs, so you can only view one category at a time, though. Check through the tabs to see if you actually do have everything (quest items are usually in the miscellaneous category).
If there really is a problem with your inventory, do you have any recent saves that are all right? If not, check the
Inventory files topic, and let me know if what you are missing for quest items are not there.
