Hey, i have reached a quandry. I found a mushroom in the game but apperantly it isn't the one needed. Where do I find the mushrooms for the frog.

Sometimes this quest doesnt work as it should. Leave the room. Drop the mushroom, pick it up (do not drag into inventory), and try again.
