Its says on the description that a shield has 30% chance of blocking. So if I dont have a shield there a 30% chance that a hit got straigth into flesh? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

If you take off your shield, you merely lose a chance of 30% to block the enemy's blow.

I go with the greatswords I think the damage outways the sheild defence <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/alien.gif" alt="" />

I like the fact that you can add charms to my shield....

I like the fact that my shield regenerates my health!
