One of the guys I need to talk to that is required for me to know where the Book of Strategies is in a void.

He's slightly off the map.

I can't talk to him or even teleport to him.

Hell, I only see him on the map or while I'm in a conversation.

I tried going out of the level and back in again through doors and even the battlefields.

No luck.

I'm using the latest Aussie patch.

I got myself partially out of the mess by alt-tab until my DK is outside the level so he could talk to the guy and then my main character ran into another level and my DK position reset. Unfortunately I now have a student outside the map as well. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

Unfortunately this bug is still not fixed, but hopefully it should be soon...

the only way to get him back, is to learn the tracking skill, and then you should be able to see him. once you speak to him, he should jump back into the gamespace..

Save before you do this, as its not guaranteed to work... but i had a good sucess rate doing it this way.

There are 3 ranaar you need to speak to, before the quest will continue.
1. Dotharhar
2. Belehram
3. Dolehar

You will get a hint from one of them, as to where you much go.

There is another workaround for this, if you are comfortable hex editing;
