hiyo, im so confused been tring for long time to solve quest. i can the level but dont know how to get to it. i dont get how to use telekinesis. i dont get it

You need lvl 2 in TK, got it?
then activate the spell -
right click - got this magical cursor?
Ok, then move this cursor over to the lever, the description "lever" must be seen -
left click = that's it.

No, the cross means a sort of target - but important is to see the description, then it works. I practised on torches, so I could guess at what distance my spell still works.
