Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Technical Problems ok, bow expertise works but you must reequip

i restarted this time with survivor, had a bow that had 15 for recup time, and used skillpoint on bow expertise. checked my stat for bow and was now down to 12. koo i thought but when i used it in combat it felt the same and i actually timed it with stopwatch. when i unequiped and reequiped it was noticible faster.

im gonna check and see if i have to reequip everytime i load up my game or if this is a one time thing for every skill it goes up.

ok, it still works after i load up the saved game. just be careful, even though it may show up on your stat doesn't mean it still works. reequip and use it.

I didn't notice a big improvement with level one in Bow Expertise, but did with the second level. This was without re-equipping that I recall, though I could have temporarily switched to a knife to smash open a locked barrel/vase, then back to the bow. I re-started the game, so I'll pay closer attention this time around.
