Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General Dragonheart shield (old subject)

Anyone!! Played through before, this time decided do all/most quests. All the way to the Dwarven Dungeon. Got the ax, got Dante's necklace for wife, etc. All was completed perfectly. Went to the Mayor of Dwarf Village, talked to the imprisoned elf, etc., talked to Eolus; he said talk to Mayor, did that (he DID not give me the quest, but, went and retrieved the Axe of Stone, went and gave the Axe to the Mayor of the village, he told me Sir Patrick (whoever) had the brestplate, went to Eolus, he joined the council, went to Sir Patrick and...he WILL NOT activate the quest! Nothing I do will make him activate the quest. Advice??

You get the shield lying in the Stormfist Castle. That's all I can say here.

Thanks...finally tried to do other things, and the quest finally came up...and got the equipment. Was not that good...ha.

The stats are random and are different in each whole new game you play.
