I need to know how to create a screen shot of the windows XP home version task manager the support team need a shot of it to help me with my install probs. I'm slow so if you can explain it step by step thank you so very much.

Open your taskmanager and then press "Prt Sc" (print screen) on your keyboard. Now a screenshot will be made from what's shown on your monitor.
Open Photoshop or any similar program, make a new file and press "CRTL+V".
Then save the file as a jpeg and email us that.
