I am in actIV Just found I do not have my teleporters did I lose them or did i for get to pick them up

No you don't lose your 2 teleporters.
In act 2, there is a dialog saying that the teleporters will be taken back later.
So at the beginning of act 4, no teleporters anymore. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />

You wont need them anyway...not a very large area to run around.
