Try to move some items around in your inventory... this may update your weight to the correct weight.... or try to remove everything (until the encumbered sign goes away and then put some items back....
I assume you do know that you can only carry about 3/4 of the total weight shown in your stats before you become encumbered. You can now with the new patch carry over your weight allowance too, but wont be able to move.
