Where can I buy them? I'm in the Dark Forest right now and I can't seem to find anyone that sells them. Any help or advice would be nice. Thank you very much. I've seen a ton of Silver ones thoe!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />

Do you mean gems or charms????

Gems dont do anythng..they are like treasure you can sell them for money...but charms can bost your stats if you have the skill.

Some monsers drop charms...usally orcs but im not sure that you can buy gold charms from anyone in rivlleon...kris <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mage.gif" alt="" /> may sell silver charms on occassion....gold charms can be bought later on...when your in the next stage of the <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> saga

You can not buy gold charms until you get to the wastelands, the final area of the game (where they are 50k gold). Before hitting the gong, I had 6 gold charms; one was from killing the talking tree, one was dropped by the first dragon rider in the game, that Zandalor saves you from, and most or all of the rest were dropped in the Dark Forest.

Lucky... he never dropped anything when Zandalor killed him for me...or maybe you have to ressurect him and then kill him???

Yes, that's the one, and he dropped it right away when Zandalor killed him. Actually, since I was playing a warrior and a gold strength charm was dropped (the only charm I used in the game), I thought he might always drop something, which could depend on your class. I saved the game, then reloaded a slightly earlier one to see if I got the same thing again, but he didn't drop anything. I think a third try resulted in some gold or a potion, so I reloaded the save with the gold charm.
