Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Holy Weapons - the tombs were touched :/

Hello.
I have a big problem with the Holy Weapons quest. I have all three artifacts, I am in the right place - but unfortunately, when I had visited the place for the first time (about level 12 or so), I have touched the tombs and killed the Liches So now, I am not able to complete the quest and aquire the object of my choice... I am standing in the right circle, but nothing happens. I know, that I shouldn't touch the tombs - but when I was there for the first time, I didn't know anything about this.
So my question is - in my situation, is there ANY way to complete the quest and gain the holy weapon?

As far as I know, you are in quite a pickle. I personally think that you have to load a farther back game, but... by the sound of it thats taking it a little too far back. Other than that, I can only say: Sorry Man, but your out of luck.

A big time veteran-gamer should answer this soon. They usually have the answers. Maybe they can suggest a program that fixes that problem or something.

But still, from what know (a good amount <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />), and from what I've heard, you can't do anything about it. Just try to find not bad normal items. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Edited -- P.S.: I just checked and there is apparently a fix you can get to repair this quest. I'm not sure of the details, but I feel like giving you some hope. If anyone knows this fix, tell the man! I don't know if there are any side-effects though.
