Large numbers of casualties have been reported after at least six explosions on the Underground network and a double-decker bus in London.

All the good work by Live 8 to make people aware of the problems in Africa will be forgotton because the fear of terrorism has been renewed.

Its terrible, just terrible. Every Time these thing happen i ask myself how can a Human do such things. How can they accept that they maybe kill children.
How can they belive that there is a god, or an allah who wish this.
I do not belive at gods, but i respekt the other Human around me.
"Humans" who can do this, or give order to do this, are really really sick.

I believe that the outrage most feel when atrocities like this take place is a very strong indication of the devine. An entity of pure good whatever you call it. But thats just me.

Well all I can say (hmm I can say more but I would prolly loose it altogether) is my condolences to all who may have family or friends that where part of this disaster.

And I dunno why but you Spick, where the first person I thought of when it was on the radio this afternoon.

And last but not least, one day yeah one day we will all live in peace.

This was totally gut wrenching, coming like it did one day after the delightful news of London winning the bid for the 2012 olympic games.
Just what these terrorists think they will get out of this i don't know.Britain never has and never will bow to the Evil that is terrorism.

As I just wrote in a Star Wars Forum :


What they want, is clear : erupt the feeling of safety and cosiness, so to say.

Install a feeling of fear (read the Tarkin doctrine too much ?) and instability.

On the other hand, it puts the world more closer together - people from completely different countries feel sorry for innocent victims.

Strange world.

It's soo hard to believe that the Muslim extremists keep spreading terror like that. Can't they finally live in peace?

@ Spick -> well i'm glad my Exeter buddy is alright. but having London bombed instead of Exeter doesn't make it better. i really wish the stupidity of those terrorists will stop. i have friends in Bath so i am very concerned right now. thank God my buddy in Cambridge has come back home for good since last year. the dude finished his phd already.

@ Gal again -> it may not be muslim terrorists. u'll never know it could be anything else or even those backyard baddies (IRA or something). whatever it is, i'm sad that such thing happens just as Londoners celebrate their victory in hosting the next Olympics.

@ Gal: What about the muslims that don't aprove to this? This feels like our discussion about the states, it's the bad pepole that shows and sets the standard of what everyone else thinks about them, and the good pepole have to live with this. And, as Jang said, it could be anyone who did this, IRA, some comunism/fashist extremists, some psyco, anyone really. Blameing the muslims like this is just not fair.
