- Every game is RGB
- Consoles are either PAL, NTSC or SECAM
--> Every Game is -RGB and -PAL, NTSC, or SECAM

what is different? Framerate and Dimensions
but, different TV's have different colors, it are the TV's that recalculate based on an RGB input they get from the console

So for console games only the videoformat, (dimensons and framerate count) Dimensions are crucial, framerate are more for optimizing. The tv doesn't need to understand the colorformat there is only one RGB wich are just numbers "000 000 000" "132 322 432" "254 254 254". The TV gets those numbers calculates the values of his reds greens and blues and builds the screen.

The TV needs a NTSC PAL or SECAM frame ("one image") and the console needs to support its refereshrate. RFB is always the same.

Its done so they can screw more money out of us by having at least 3 different releases. Japan, US and Europe. This means they get top price 3 times.. otherwise we could just import, saving over tax etc.
