Try deleting all of the files in the '
..\Divine Divinity\Run\Dynamic' folder.
This folder is used as a cache for the game. Files are created / copied there from the save game folder when you load, and written / copied from that folder when you save a game. The files will be re-created as required the next time you start Divinity. If there was a corrupt file in that folder, deleting the files should fix the problem.
After that, start a new game, and see if the mini-map and auto-map work there. If so, try loading your latest save. If neither work the problem may be in the game, which a clean reinstall may help (see the link below). If the new game works but the other saves do not, the problem may be something in the save folder (unlikely, I think).
If that doesn't help, try changing the visual quality settings in the game video options (under performance). Someone had a problem during install extracting one of the automap files, but switching the quality setting had the game load a different version of the map (which was ok).
