Im in the Ranaar academy and i need components for summoning. Feyruh potion and Kohar root. They are not anywhere to be found. Can anyone help please.

Well, as I just did this about 5 minutes ago, I can tell you the Feyruh potion is in the laboratory with the Ranaar who is allergic to wine, hates poetry and tail-tickling. To enter the door, you have to talk to the Ranaar outside. It's really close to where you got the summoning quest.

About the Kohar root: The guy in the (what appears to be) pharmacy tells you an imp has it. (Hint hint)

Ya i just read another post with someone who had same problem. I sent that girl to talk with the lab guy and they left and never came back so i never got a chance to get potion from him. Also i completed the 2nd and 3rd summoning tests somehow. So now when i talk to nix he wont bring up anything past the summoning strategies book. We never even get to the floogefrog liking the mushroom i have to trade him for the root. I'm totally stuck as the post i read had no solution as far as i can teel!!ARGH

Do you have the latest patch installed???

Kohar Root

You don't get the potion directly from the guy in the lab, but loot the place after he leaves.

The link Lady Rain posted goes into more detail, but do you have the Quetzalcellona mushroom that Nixfix will trade for the root? Try dropping it on the ground away from him somewhere and have your hero pick it up again, and then talk to Nixfix. Did you go through all of the speech options? If completing the other quests first got rid of the speech option to trade, you can download the inventory files to get a replacement root.
