so is a cooling pipe better then an extra fan?

what do you know of these two Asus motherboards
wheres the money going if its spent :P

my advice:

take premium. I've got the deluxe and my chip set fan is rattling and will soon be busted (4 months old). the fan rotates at 8800RPM if there is the slighted room for vibration it will make a huge noise.

I'll soon replase the fan with a zalman passive coolblock. But it will be 10° hotter (will try to break even by changing air flow in case) the heatpipe would have been better.
