Insted of dying and haveing to load it again. you restart in a town or settlement losing all your item's, money, and get them all back if you go retreive them. like on diablo 2

Just hitting ctrl+l seems a lot simpler to me and more effective too. Say your system would be implemented and you'd spawn in Aleroth when you die. I wouldn't want to travel all the way back to the Elven Burial Grounds for instance, especially without any equipment. No, I like the system as it is, it shouldn't change.

Me too. Besides, not being able to die decreases the feeling of reality in the game...

Besides, not being able to die decreases the feeling of reality in the game... Indeed. Facing death is a part of being an adventurer!

Ok ... Well, just save! You never know when you might suddenly stumble into a lair full of mummies. Just pressing ctrl+s does the trick!

I save quite frequently, even if I'm in an area that's beneath my level. The reason is that I reload sometimes when equipment doesn't have the stats I like and because I know, from time to time, the game crashes

agreed too, I hated in D2 having to walk all the way back to where i was before after i died, especially on some of those maps, much longer than ctrl+L, so iwonder quite where the timesaving idea comes from?

We're talking Diablo 2 for a short time here . The maps in Act 3 i just huge, and full of some goblinlike creatures (with shamans who revive them again). It's just a pain. Luckilly you only have to do coiunsil and last boss to finnish the act, so you basiclly never go to those areas.

woo Diablo 2 OWNS, i never get tiered of it! im 37th on ladder list
U guys shuld play diablo 2 (Lord of destruction Expansion) And play on LADDER mode online!
Tha game is NOTHING online...
All u get is like 6 quests per act lol, act 4 (where u kill diablo) theirs only 3 quests.
I think divinity quest system is so much better, and the graphics, and erhmm... and the size of the maps!

Two words us guys hate! Dont & Stop. Unless you put them together ;-)

Not to mention the fact that you do more things than run around and kill everything that moves (and pick up everything that shines).

Not to mention the fact that you do more things than run around and kill everything that moves (and pick up everything that shines). That's what stopped me from playing Diablo. Just sounds to brainless to be fun.

It's fun enought in the beginning, after a while it gets too one sided though.
