Where the heck is the friend near the graveyard. I am going crazy looking for him and searched all around the graveyard but couldn't find him.

Do you mean Shrimpo, whom Apollo asks if you have seen as you leave the graveyard, after exiting Iona's dungeon?
In the north east section of the graveyard there is a group of headstones you can read. The first letters of the names on the tombstones can be read in order to spell out S H R I M P O....
