i have this strange problem i found out.
i notist that i couldn't use the Strenght charms anymore
of any color.
when i put them in a socketed item, no stats will raise.
apperently it works for some other types of charms,
i didn't test it out if all the other type of charms worked.
I tested it in differend kinds of items like rings, belts and swords, and the strenght charms doesn't work anymore.
it worked before, but somewhere in act2 i found out it didn't.

Does anything change in the item description after you add a strength charm? It should list the bonus as well as the charm(s) inserted into the equipment.

If you have not done so already, can you try entering the BF a few times in your latest save to purchase a new strength charm, and see if that works any better than the existing ones you have found or bought?

Do you have any older saves you can (temporarily) reload and check if strength charms work there?
If strength charms work in a different save, then the problem is probably in the saved game folder. If they do not work in older saves that used to be ok, then the problem is likely in the game itself, which doing a clean reinstall and patch may help, after backing up your current saves (just in case).
