You shouldnt get more than 2 similar arrows that wont merge....
If you check the weight if the arrows, some of them are 12 and some of them are 13.... those 2 cant merge... but other than that it should be merged without a hassle
Do you have the latest
patch installed??? This patch will fix a lot of the previous arrow problems.
