Council Quests

You need to recruit at least 5 of the 7 council members before you will be able to successfully scry for the dwarven council member, and get the stone axe quest.

some one should do a post about the council quests, and make it stay highest on the list so that evrybody don't have to write a new post every time =),
i'm sure there is many of that pages but they disappear after a time.
