If you alt-tab out of the game and then back, it can shift character positions slightly. You may be able to stand in the component room and alt-tab repeatedly to get Dotharhar out of the wall. Save first, in case you make things worse (ie other characters get stuck).
You can use the procedure in the following topic to get your characters through a wall. You may be able to talk to Dotharhar from the other side.
armory trick in act 1 (take the crates/packages with you, so you can repeat the procedure to get back).
There is a way to reset NPC locations, though it is a bit technical.
