Ok, so I download patch for 1.47 for the english version. I open up the game and load my save file ( which was supposed to remain unnafected by the update patch) and all of or rather most of my extra inventory IE: most of the extra stuff other than what I had equipped is gone. Arrows, potions, gold, everything. I'm assuming this stuff is un recoverable and that I will have to rebuild my stockpile?

Edit: ok after I posted the above I restarted my game again from that save file in an attempt to rebuild my stockpile only to find that even when obtaining new items from defeated foes those items are not even showing up in my inventory....

Edit2:WOW, I MEAN WOW. I feel utterly stupid. how inconceivable it was for me to miss such an obvious thing. I now realize that within the inventory screen there are small but noticeable buttons to be used in sorting your inventory so that you can find items quicker. Having found this my problem is solved lol.

The only thing stopping me from deleting this post as nobody has seen it yet hence they would not know my blubber, is the fact that im curious to see how many people have a laugh at my expense .

thanks for your help guys and gals

Nick

You were not the first person to stumble onto that...

Without the patch you can see all your incentory in 1 screem, whereas after even the earlier patches, they changed that.

I might as well warn you now already... the next thing to disappear out of your TRADING inventory, is the crystal bag, once you identify it... you can sell it before you indentify it (though i WONT), but as soon as you identify it, it disappears out of your trading invent. Its just a protection feature.

I think one button to show everything in the inventory could have been very usefull. Or rather something like toggle buttons for each button. So that if I want to see the armor and weapons together, I could toggle the buttons for both.

The problem came in with them changing it after it was copy protected... There was talk of it, but it caused too much hassles with the implimentation (since the copy protection interferes a lot with the game handling) that it was abandoned again... i am sure in the next game those options will be there, since they already tried that with BD.

@ wallace
You do know that you can open more than 1 inventory at a time...

to do this, select 1 character (not both), click the inventory button (not the shortcut, since that will cause the next one to close rather than to open another), and MOVE the inventory to another place on the screen...

then select the OTHER character and again click the inventory button (not the shortcut).... and you will see both inventories... you can still change character in each inventories, so you CAN have both screens on the Hero (i.e.) and work like that...
