I've gotten this scroll from the Dwarf in the back room of the Dwarven Bread Inn in all the past games I've played. For some reason, in this game when I go in there, he's not in the room and there's blood on the floor by the table...does anyone know what to do when this happens, or why this happens?? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

He is only in the Dwarven Bread Inn if you had not been in the Dwarven village before.
If you came through the Dwarven Village before that, he won't be in the Inn anymore. Then you find the scroll in the house of the Dwarven Mayor.
