no, it dosnt stops, and uhh, its a weapon(thats the only thing it does)

i knew it was a weapon but i was wondering if there was a st to go with it or somethign along those lines you know

Theres on one set item and thats the dragon armour set.

Someone once reported that adding a couple silver constitution charms to the halberd stopped the stamina drain, but I don't know if anyone confirmed that. If you want to try it, save first so you don't waste the charms if it doesn't work.
