There are MAJOR SPOILERS in this topic so if you don't want anything spoiled I suggest you don't read on.Spoiler is below . This game absolutely rocks and I will definitely look forward to purchasing further games from the company. I'm also most definitely looking forward to playing Divine Divinity next followed by a reply of Beyond Divinity and then I will patiently wait for Divine Divinity 2. Thanks so much to all of you who helped me out, I will be sure to pass on that knowledge to other future or current players who might need that same information. See you on the boards. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I just finished the game and was rewarded with the Final Truth that the Deathknight was the dammed one the whole time and that I was a mear puppet. I have to admit I was rather P.O. at first but soon felt rewarded. To have come so far and now find out I think I actually knew about 3/4 of the way through the game somewhere in the back of my head but I never put 2 and 2 together. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I don't think the storyline is amazing, I think the way this is revealed is just lame, they could of done something else to make it better, but when I heard this I got bored, and I've never finished the game still, I uninstalled it again btw.

Now what would of been fun was if the Deathknight ran off after getting back into Rivellon, then began creating Chaos, and you had to actually find him, or do something before you got to fight him, or maybe say he killed you and someone revived you as in near the beginning of DD...in my view they simply gave you the last boss and cut the end of the game short, which is a bit of a rip.

Well don't say I dint warn you about this topic being a spoiler because i DID. I personally think the way it was revealed is great. I mean think about it, how many times did it actually cross your mind that the Deathknight was the bad guy all along and that you were a mere puppet in his scheme to escape. To me he was always an ally and not evil but good, or at least as good as evil can be without straight up changing to good.

all in all we all have our own opionions and IMO this was spectacular.
