It is the first time I manage to go so far but now I stuck for days in the 3 last council members:

1)Elf (Brothion): I have found the 2 elven items but when I had almost killed Josephine she told me "Later marked one" and escaped. Since that time I cannot find her and I have no clue how to find the last elven item.

2)Lizards (Goemoe): I have no clue how to reverse the polymorph. I tried even holy grail which has worked with Boratus but it seems that situation now is different.

3)Dwarfs: I can understand that the dwarf has just killed a thug and I have scanned all Aleroth-Rivertown but I didn't find him.

Can anybody give me a clue?

1The staff she was using is the third item iirc.
2Do you have the polymorph wand in your inventory
3Huh, killed a thug?

You can find a lot of info on this site: Kiya's divine divinity
Or to go directly to the council members: Kiya's divine divinity (council members)

Bronthion: Since I don't know which items you already have look all over the room. I think there's a locked chest, one in a cabinet, and she drops one.

Goemoe: Go into the the south room and get the wand leaning against the wall. That will change him back.

Dwarf: The scene with him standing over a dead body doesn't give you enough information to identify him or his location. This one you have to get last. The scrying stone won't reveal who he is until then.

The site was very helpful indeed but I think it is too much. I could suspect that the unidentified item from Josephine was the elven ceremonial item and it was unforgivable that I didn't seek the other rooms for the solution of Goemoe but how on earth can anybody suspect that he has to give a bottle of ale to the dwarven major? (by the way, you don't bribe him but simply he gets drunk and explains everything). Also the first picture of dwarven member is misleading.

The quests aren't always completely straightforward, but that's half the fun in my opinion.

These things can happen when you're not paying attention.

There's mention of bringing the mayor ale in the dialog, unless there's another path that doesn't make it as obvious. The first time you talk to him he says he wants to share a drink with you. Every time after that he asks if you brought him anything to drink.

The character says he can't identify the dwarf or his location. Zandelor suggests you scrye for him again later.
