Maybe I'm a noob but can anyone tell me where can I find the Lizzard's teleport scroll?

You have to talk to Goemoe and to ask him for the Lizzard's teleport scroll.
You will meet Goemoe in a bedroom, in the Blue Boar Inn.
If you have not finished the quest "Restore Mardaneus sanity", it's too early, you will not get this scroll.
And if you have already opened the quest about the lizzard council member, it's too late, you will not get this scroll.

BTW the Lizzard's teleport scroll is not very important in the game.
It is only used for one teleporter, in the Verdistis sewers.

Everything's clear. I HAVE already opened the quest about the lizzard council member. I don't know how is it possible but I tried only to find it somewhere in the sewers. I also know that it is not important (teleport in Verdistis is a few meters up) but I'm rambling through the Rivertown and finnishing the old quests. I have tried to finnish the one about all the scrolls. Thx for info.
