I read here someplace about how to modify the bow's damage,can someone here tell me how Thanks

DAD's item editor

From what I've read, Poison Weapon can also be quit effective when used on a bow.

Thanks Raze...I have that editor but it does not alter bows....

I knew that Lillebror's item editor would not edit bows, but I thought DAD's did. Maybe I was thinking of something else...

The topic please help with my blind hero contains some information on manual item editing, but if neither editor does bows I'd guess the data format is inconsistent with other equipment types and not trivial to figure out.

Raze ,you were right,that item editor does alter bows but you need the latest patch..I have not patched my game at all,I'm worried if I patch it my savegame won't work.....Thanks again

You can safely install the latest patch and continue with your current saves.
