That said, I think it's beaten out by the forthcoming Call Of Juarez. Whatever the game is like, can it ever get past that truly ridiculous name? For a Western themed game yet...

i thought that the Larians wanted divinity: Sword of choas
as origional title.
but the publisher CDV (damm they!) wanted another name.

Something like that, yes. The very first title was The Lady, the Mage and the Knight (which was not situated in the Larian-created world of Rivellon).

The original name for DD was 'Divinity: Sword of Lies'.

LMK was a different game, unfinished and unreleased since the publisher went out of business and took the rights to the game with them. In the DD imp/wasp garden there were three graves (of a lady, mage and knight) all killed by MC Hammer, in memorial to that.

As soon as i have half a chance, i will post that list... at the moment i am working 16 hour days on a contract for the next 2 weeks.... (that was the bad news)

addictive game from that time
bt that was with m neighbor.
i had a atary 400 pc, wich i totaly didn't understand, and totaly sucked (in my kiddy's eyes)

I like the name Divine Divinity...

I like "Irritating Stick" and they put it on number one.

Hmm Dragon Wang and touch dic are also games that aren't there, theres a bunch of them with weirder names than DD, Also Divine imo is better than Divinity, Is Riftrunner the game for Beyond divinity in other countries, because I think thats actually a worse name than divine divinity

Riftrunner was the original name for Beyond Divinity.... it was changed to the latter, because most people wouldnt have realised that Riftrunner was a sequal to Div Div

Here's a couple bad game names:

Dance Dance Revolution
Guitar Hero

The only good thing about those names is that theya re indicitive of how bad the games actually are.
