Have a look at this screenshot (from Kiya):


That's a house located in the Wastelands - you get there after you have touched the gong. Don't know where you are in the game now.
Be aware: once you click the gong to go to the Wastelands, you can't get back anymore.

Kiya wrote this as well in another thread about the Sword of the Gods:

"Took me 20 times to get that. The best is to not open the cupboard and save before. Just in case your mouse has already touched/identified the item. Then reloading won't help. Kiya"
