I would have favoured agility a little more than strength, but equipment requirements (2 handed sword and crossbow for a majority of the game) necessitated the opposite. Playing again, I'd probably choose agility based weapons (I did switch my hero to a bow fairly late in the game, and boosted agility). Constitution I started neglecting when an occasional potion was enough to keep the characters alive, and they were not in danger of being killed in a couple hits by a strong opponent. I kept survival and speed roughly equal, though favoured the former for my archer, since I could get a speed bonus from the Reload Time part of bow/crossbow expertise. I did not put any stat points into intelligence.
At the end of act 2, my hero archer had 30 strength, 30 agility, 12 constitution, 5 intelligence, 17 survival and 23 speed, with 10 unused stat points. My DK warrior had 40 strength, 22 agility, 16 constitution, 1 intelligence, 15 survival and 14 speed. These values including skill and equipment bonuses.

Beyond Divinity Strategy Guide for suggestions and comments on stat point distribution.
