I have all three holy weapons and when I go to the Holy Weapons Chamber nothing happens. If I drop one of the weapons it tells me that I don't have all the holy weapons. But then i pick it back up and stand in the eastern circle and nothing happens. What is going on?

It sounds like you previously opened one of the tombs there. There is a warning in the book in the cursed abbey not to do that, but it is possible to find the tomb before the book.
