I wanted to ask and give an idea of how about in the future DD2 would it be possible to make more platable races than just human. It would be a trhill
if I could chose between: Human, elf (different elfs), dwarf, halfling, imp, lizard. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Does anyone else have oppinnion about this? Some other races?

Have you seen the game Impossible Creatures ? When it is possible to freely mix them, taking for example claws of the tiger tail of the scorpion and attaching all this to donkey ? Lets do the same with elves dwarves imps <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

I'd lke to see flying-dwarven-dragon-rat <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/stupid.gif" alt="" />

that would be a good idea but you should be able to be any of the 6(not wizards) races! And your race would effect your play type because if you where an orc you would be mistrusted by the others and you would have to do things different from say an elf or a dwarf! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Maybe also a new section in the journal about your race and what your race is like and about their culture and maybe if you can get others to tell you these things too from the race like if a elf is your friend enought and your not an elf that elf could tell you about the elven culture! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

It even fits the story line.

The world is in danger again. ... He is the follower of one of the Seven Races, once very powerful ...

So what you'd have is a Reputation with each race, and your selected race would get a bonus while other races would recveive a lesse bonus or a penalty. For example:

Orc Reputations
Orc: +30
Lizard: +15
Human: 0
Elf: -15
Dwarf: -30

Not entirely accurate, but it gives you an idea. I think this would be the easiest way without writing 5 separate stories.

lol thats funny a dragon rat and yes that game is fun!!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> only thing is i have all animals with tigars like bear+tiger and skunk+tiger and shark+tiger and u get it right all the strong ones <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

with this i would more like go with
Reputations
Orc: +20
Lizard: +15
Human: -5
Elf: -10
Dwarf: -10
