Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Jolie In The Farmlands

I was just wondering if Jolie(who is encountered in the Farmlands) steals something from you after she talks to you. After mentioning her drunk husband(I can't remember his name), she appears to walk up to my character and then walk away. I looked at my gold total and it is the same as before I talked with her, but I am wondering if she snuck off with one of my items instead.

I should also mention that I used the search function for any mention of this Jolie, but there was nothing said about her.

P.S. I noticed that one of the forum members has joliekiller as a handle. Is that due to the fact that Jolie is indeed a thief and steals good stuff? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

Jolie doesn't steal anything from you; if I'm thinking of the same NPC, it is her husband that is the pickpocket, pretending to be drunk. Actually, if you talk to the wife and get her warning before running into her husband (by the Blue Boar inn IIRC), you can stop him from stealing from you (through an additional speech option).
