Hi, I just completed the gather council of seven quest and can now ring the gong, but I'd like to get the rest of my dragon armor (chest/helm). But, Dunatrim and sir patrick wont talk to me about it, so is there somewhere else that the quest starts? What am I missing?

Did you bring the stone axe and Greggor's letter (from the mine) to the dwarven king? If so, he should tell you that he has the helm and the breastplate is owned by a noble family in Verdistis.

Dragon Armour Quests

Ah, the letter. I only brought the axe which finishes the council of seven quest but does not trigger the armor quest.
