Does anyone visit it ? Besides, I've got good news for all people living in GB and Ireland interested in them : The German fan page says that the second Dsseldorf concert (I will be there, too) will be broadcasted live into 30 cinemas in GB. They don't say which ones, though. Since this will be on next Wednesday, the 27th, you must hurry, if you are interested to see it. Advertisement : http://www.ultrastar.com/email/genesis-music/M8165_Prevue_genesis_ad1.jpgI'll post my experiences later this week. Alrik Edit : The cinemas belong to the "VUE" chain. http://www.myvue.com/Alrik Edit : For those who can't be there : http://www.themusic.com/encore/genesis2007/Edit : Sweden as well : 28.05.07 GENESIS PERFORMING LIVE VIA SATELLITE AT FHP Cinemas FHP (Folket Hus och Parker) is giving Genesis fans the unique chance to see their heroes perform on stage broadcasting the band's sold out Dsseldorf gig live across Sweden.

They were in Brussels yesterday, but I heard of the concert too late and it was sold out! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />

Well, I guess you can theoretically get a CD of thic concert from their Encore series (link above).
Peter Gabriel was the first Genesis-member who had this idea (with the Encore-series of CDs).

True, but it's just not the same, is it? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> Of course I would have been really disappointed if I had missed a concert with Gabriel in it.

Yes. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
Besides, PG does make a tour currently here as well. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> I think it's called "Warm Up", reminds me of his latest tour & album. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> The link above has an Encore series of CDs from this tour as well. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

So Genesis tours and Gabriel also? Why the hell not together then? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Was thinking the same as I learned of a similar thing during their "Invisible Touch" / SO tours.

Besides, lyrics took a major step forward for Genesis after PG left. But I doubt Genesis would have been what they were in the 80's if PG had stayed... bereil

Uh ... Uh ... Sounds like a grave misunderstanding ...
No, no, the Platinum Collection are not all singles ... This is basically a cut through ALL of their works ... with 90 % singles, yes, but not on the last disc ...
Uh ... I think you should rather stick to simple, undemanding pop songs instead of THAT ...
*shakes head ...*

I explained here a few things about Genesis, just from a personal point of view. This could be ideal for you : http://www.emicatalogue.com/genesis/TurnItOnAgain/main.htmlIt's a browse-through through all of the Genesis singles. Starbucks is said to release a new compilation in the next time.
