Where is Goemoe as i have been to the blue boar and he is gone? Also, where is that dwarf?

Go to the blue boar inn and speak with Joram or Otho. Than go back to the councilhall an look once again into the lizard statue. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

The dwarven counsilar will come after you have gathered 3 or 4 other members. Then scry again for him and you will know where he is.
