Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Dishwashing Quest?

I finished washing the dishes but where am I supposed to put the dishes after I am done washing them?
I tried putting it in the wash bowl, the empty bucket, tried trading it to him...

I am pretty much out of options.

Talk to the cook with the clean dishes, pots and pans in your inventory. You complete the quest (and give him the dishes) via a speech option.

Make sure you get all the plates! I believe there are 8.

Every time I play I get stuck on this part for a good 20 minutes while I do other quests, trying to think of what I've forgotten.

Drag them, like if you would move an object from one place on the ground to another, but instead of dragging it to another spot, open your inventory and drag the item into the inventory window.
