ok - do anyone know what the deal with the peeing boy in the church is? And where he went after peeing in the gold chest???

I don't know where the boy went, but he is the reason the priest's blessings failed to dispel the liches and ghosts from the church. Apparently he has issues with authority. After you talk to the priest again, you will be able to find the boy in the poor quarters, though there is little reason to do so.
