Another question ...
I tried to kill Josephine, unleashed some scorpions on the dwarfs, escaping up the latter, waiting, going down to defeat her and the dead knight, and then instead of killing her, she just says "later marked one" dissapper and leave a portal, the two elven items and no staff. I follow through the portal, and ends back in the cave by the entrence, still no staff.
Is this supposed to happen? and if where do I find her and finish her then to get the staff?????

She may have dropped the staff behind the stairs or behind the divider wall, where it could be hard to see. Try moving you mouse around those areas slowly, and / or hit the alt key. A couple people have had the staff drop into the wall, where Telekinesis can come in handy to retrieve it.

Also, check your weapon inventory. If you were picking up loot and the staff was not identified you may already have it. One person mentioned finding the staff in the chest in that room.

If you can not find it, and don't have a recent save that you could reload to defeat Josephine again, the staff can be replaced.

It was in the wall, long live telekinesis!
Thanks for the help

But I kinda have another question (another one ) I had gotten all 4 tresure maps, put them down at my "home" because I had too much to carry around. But now, a good time later, there is only 3. The lower right one is missing, and I do have the "treasure quest".
I tried to go for it, and got into the cave, and found the teleporter stone, but when I use it - I end up outside the treasure cave entrence, instead of the easter egg area. I have been going through a lot of saved games and am totally unable to find one with all 4 ... I guess I get kicked out because no. 4 (the one from the spider cave) is missing.
But is there a fix? An easy one - Since I am so not tecnical ...

One of the treasure maps is called a scroll (though the one from the dwarven halls), so maybe you still have it at your base, but overlooked it because it was not named the same as the others?

Silver Armour and Treasure Maps

You can use the 'lost items' procedure (link above) to replace the missing map, if you can not find it. If you are familiar with moving files around in Windows Explorer (and go through the lost items procedure carefully) it is a relatively easy fix.

If you have both teleporters with you (ignoring the instructions to leave one on the ground and take one with you) you can use them to get out of the easter egg area over the mountain, so at least in principle you should be able to get in that way as well. You'll have to play around with where your character stands and where you try to drop a teleporter stone.

a way out, if you're Stuck in the Easter Egg Area (broken links are fixed in a reply)

I did the lost item thing and got all 4 maps, and have emptied my inventory for all other stuff than what is shown in the spoiler. Except, one of the 4 ropes I have 3 of, in one bunch. How do you split 3 rope into 3 seperate bunches? It is the only thing that is different from the spoiler inventory picture and my inventory. - And I keep ending outside the cave when using the teleporter stone.

I did try to throw one of my pyramids into the area, in various places, several times, and it didn´t work. This is the only thing I need to do to finish the dark forest, before going to the wasteland. If I skip the Easter Egg area, what do I miss - experience- and equipment wise? And is it very important for the rest of the game?

Do you have a save before you picked up the 4 rope you need? The easiest solution would be to make sure you drop any other rope first. If not, you can split a stack up by dragging and dropping it somewhere (between inventory and the ground, or different inventory windows) and holding the ctrl key down before releasing the mouse button. A split stack window will open, where you can select how many to move. You may have to experiment a bit to find the correct 2 rope (IIRC with the 4 rope, 2 stack together and 2 are separate).

Alternately, further down in the 'inventory files' topic is a 'Silver armour upgrade' set of inventory files, which contain the 4 rope as well as everything else required to enter the easter egg area. Rather than dropping the replacement rope on the ground, you could just load the save with the those inventory files, step on the teleporter to get to the easter egg area, save the game under a new name, restore your original inventory files, and keep playing.

There is not much experience in this area, just the upgrade for the silver armour; it is not important for the rest of the game.
