I am pretty sure the DD / BD engines are not suitable for your purpose. Neither game supports multi-player modes, so this would be something you would have to add yourself. Possibly more of an issue, this also means the graphics system, combat mechanics, etc have not been optimized for fault tolerance, low bandwidth or fast response time over the internet.
Larian's next game (in development) will have a multi-player component, though there has been no information released about how it will be implemented (I wouldn't expect full MMO support).
If you have not done so already, you may want to take a look at
Panda3d,
Monumental,
XNA, etc. I found an old news article (
here) saying
Ryzom was making its engine (
NeL) available, but at least currently that link doesn't seem to be working (their homepage mentions an 'MMO scenario editor' but I don't know if that would be suitable for building an entire game with).

While bots tend to have bad spelling / grammar, as with the original post, I don't see a point to asking for a PM and not advertising anything (except possibly to test if the bot software used works).
