There are topics about the best sword or dagger, etc, but I don't know if anyone has compiled a comprehensive list of all weapons consistently in the game.
There is a unique items quest guide as part of Val's walkthrough at
Locus Inn, but I have not gone through it (it may only cover quest related items).
There are a couple other walkthroughs listed in the
Listing Of Info, Tutorials, Spoilers,... topic, which may or may not list or identify weapons consistently in the game.
