I have killed Groblar and have returned to Sigurd's House,
to complete the quest. The problem is,
Sigurd is nowhere to be found. I've spent a lot of time looking for him,
but so far no Sigurd. Anyone know where he's hiding?

AFAIR he should remain in his house. Are there any green crosses on your mini-map that may indicate where he is?

While in his house (number 23 on this map), try alt-tabbing out of the game and then back. Near the end of act 2 the imp Tax disappeared on me once when I was reloading to test something, though he still showed on the mini-map. I alt-tabbed out of the game, and when I returned, he became visible.

NPC locations can be reset, so it may be possible to move him to your location, or move one of your characters to him.
