I've got a B I G problem.

I can't manage to kill Josephine, she is just to strong. I'm level 31 mage but none of my spells or weapons does any damage to her.

What spell should I use to kill her ?

Plz help me with this. I can't complete the quest if I don't kill her.

do a search many have come before you and had the same problem. That is the reason I first joined the forum...do the search and you will find what u need

Just idea, as I played warrior.
Use your curse spell (it is cumulative, so you can use it as many times as you wish) to lower her resistances and then kill her with your favourite spell.

Quoting other warrior experts:

Blind her and use the warrior special move not ON but NEAR her, staying invisible by shadow potion.

Mage: Curse her (survivor curse) several times and then use freeze, blind, elemental hail.

use Banish on her dead knights or Aura of Command so they turn on her.

And there are still scorpions you can use.

In my last game I cursed her, polymorphed her into a sweet little bunny and then used ligthning. This spell follows the targeted victim, cause polymorphed tend to be very fast. (version 1.33/1.34, clean install, no freeze, polymorph bug anymore that's why I tested it)

Well my problem with killing her is that she constantly blinds me and it always sticks even though my resistances are like 85-100. What do i do to counter that?????

When i got there first time i was a lvl 30 ranger, with zippo close combat skills and i got nailed badly too. I killed her (and her dwarf brigade) with 1 point in deadly gift and releasing about 8 scorpions (talk about overkill eh?). I'd say scorpions is a good backup for those frustrating battles in a teeny tiny room (with a sight range enough to open a city in one look) when you can't afford someone to get close to you :P Having the survivor sneak ability helps with easy scorpion release too as you can enter a room in sneak mode and these bosses like Cyrion won't notice you. Although scorpions feel like a cheat ability to me, so i only use it when i'm getting frustrated (mainly being stuck in a tiny room with a boss and no place to gain distance).

Anyway now i'm warrior and i don't think i will need scorpions but i'm missing the part where i can kill mobs without them even appearing on my screen :P

Btw isn't there a Magic Shield spell? Doesn't that protect against Blind or any other magical spell? Or is blind related to spiritual resistance?

My warrior was level 27 or so somewhere around there when i went to fight her, first i saved of course, then used mass strength potions to boost my strength up to around 800+ she died very quickly <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

You cant. Only if you are a bit faster then her and give her a piece of her own medicine. Blind her! And then beat her up.

i killed her the old fashion way or getting as close as i can to her, and using bow and arrow, dodging the hell spikes, ignoring her summoned creature, healing with mana, exiting, sleeping with portable bed, and repeating. took like 10 attempts

as soon as you get down that ladder to her go south. she didnt relize i was there and i killed off all the drawves first. then i went up into her little section and used freeze.

if you have to go solve some other quests/kill some beasts to get more experiance and go up a level or two.

Warrior's Swing wil hit her regardless, as will the Mage spell Deadly Disks. Make sure you're fairly close to her in either case.

Any form of invisibility will work with Warrior's Swing, but NOT Deadly Disks. The various Shield spells will protect you best while you are Disking - simply renew as needed - and keep pressing the mouse button for more Disks, else your character will start running around like an idiot to avoid Josie's Hell Spikes, and end up dead as a result!
