I am looking (still) for a good boss killer spell or skill to complement my Warrrior. I have tried Poison Weapon, but it seems almost TOO effective. Freeze seems cheesy. Scorpion Traps are too easy. Any cool ideas? I like Lightning and Fireball, but they aren't really effective at Level one.

I found that the passive Stun skill helped quite a bit with my warrior, though it needs to be maxed to have a better chance of being triggered. For low level skills Meteorstrike can be cast very quickly and has a bit of a stunning effect; survivor's Curse can be cast repeatedly to drop a target's resistances, and then followed by an elemental or poison attack.

Specifically which elemental or poison attack? Thanks

Any spell that does elemental or poison damage would be good if the target's resistances are low enough. If I was going to try that combo I'd test out Meteorstrike (for the rapid fire and stunning effect). Kiya liked following up Curse with Elemental Hail (or was it Elemental Strike?) or Polymorph when fighting boss type opponents.

I like RPGs like this and the act of wavering over which skills to take, how to level up, etc. However, on this decision, I did a 180 and ended up beefing up Mace, Shield, and Stun. I then ended up findidng some great socketable items. I will have to come back for the Orc Drummers, however, when I can kick their asses mano y mano - no magic involved!!
